All orders placed through our Toll-Free number should be placed Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. This ensures that your order will be correct.
These costs are for UPS Ground Delivery, with some very small or very light Packages going priority mail. Faster shipping methods may require additional costs. All Hardware is shipped signature required unless specifically otherwise requested.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted without an RGA Number. (Return Goods Authorization Number) this number MUST BE provided by our company. Only after we provide this number can credit be given to you.
There will be no refunds issued on products which have been subject to misuse, improper application or installation, or altered products. All returned items must be in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received. Customers have 30 days to contact us for arranging returns and to receive an RGA number. After this period, returns can only be accepted for manufacturing defects.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Credit/Debit Cards as well as checks and money orders. Use of a credit card will result in faster order time. We do not take credit card orders via the Internet, but we do take them by phone or fax. We believe this adds a higher level of security to the web site and also helps us make sure that your order is shipped correctly.
