FITS 2 x 6 STUD WALLS STRONG, EXTRA RIGID AND NO WARPING
Heavy duty pocket door frame featuring heavy gauge all steel split studs for maximum wall rigidity, 200 Series "I" beam track and hardware and reinforced header section for heavy door applications. Wide header section means that the 2060 can accept doors up to 2-1/4". Easily assembled, structurally strong pocket door frame designed for fast installation in 2 x 6 timber/steel frame constructed walls typically sheeted with drywall. Frames can be adapted for use in thicker walls and cut down to fit smaller size doors.

Prefabricated frame header section features preinstalled track and end brackets ready for fast installation into rough openings. Headers available in many standard door widths for direct installation or can be easily cut down and modified to accommodate smaller door widths.

Ball bearing wheels for smooth low-resistance rolling. Hanger features unique "rocker" design that ensures constant 4-wheel track/wheel contact and equal weight distribution. "Flip-of-a-clip" separates wheels from door plate for easy door installation/removal. All steel parts are zinc plated.
SELF ADJUSTING FLOOR ANCHORS

Long vertical fingers slide into split studs allowing for floor settling without disturbing horizontal alignment of header and track. Anchor can be nailed, screwed or cemented to floor.

New 2060 heavy gage all steel split studs offer maximum wall rigidity comparable to standard stud wall without pocket door frame installed. All steel construction means that wall will not warp or deform. Wall board material is fastened to steel split studs using same type of screws used in steel stud wall construction (screws included with frame).
